Exchange & Refund Policy

The products will only be exchanged if you get the wrong parcel. All the product details are mentioned on the website, it is the customer's duty to check the real size before ordering.

As we are sourcing from different hygiene brands we only change size when the issue is on Superwomen's end. You can exchange within seven days of receiving the products. All the return courier expenses will be borne by the customer.

After 7 days Superwomen holds the authority to reject and accept your exchange request if the request does not meet our policy.

To return your product you can send it at; B243 Block N North Nazimabad Karachi, Pakistan 

  • The return charges of products will be your responsibility. It is non-refundable.
  • If you receive your refund, then it will not include the shipping cost.
  • The time of refund or return may vary depending on where you live.

    Refund and cancellation policy

    The return and exchange request will oblige if:

    • The received item is wrong 
    • The received item is defective
    • The received item is damaged while shipping, in this case, you have to pay the courier cost for sending the item back to us.
    • A cash refund will only be given when the damaged item's fresh piece is not available. However, if the item is fully damaged then you can ask for a refund by email at: pksuperwomen@gmail.com
    • You can cancel your order before receiving the tracking id, which is usually generated after 2 to 3 working days of ordering.

        Clearance and Sales Items

        Please note that the items purchased on sale and clearance will not be refunded and exchanged. Sizes of sale items will not be changed as well.
